Ok, People.
To know me in any capacity is to have been on the receiving end of my enthusiastic yammers about the importance of Fitness Mission Statements (trademark pending. Im not screwing around with this one).
In my neverhumbleopinion FMS are crucial to healthy living success—-however you choose to define that phrase!
My partner in crizzime, Ben, and I have been working on a book-project and planned to skype Friday to discuss it.
As we emailed it occurred to MizKillTwoBirdsWithOneStone it might be fun to let YOU ALL listen in/participate on the call.
(here’s where youre supposed to cheer in excitement. Ill wait…)
We’re working to create a concrete formula for fitness mission statements & it would be a huge help to find out what questions you have about them.
(anything. from WHAT ARE THEY?! to your thoughts on how youve made mission statements work for you.)
Since I lack any technology skillz Ben set up a teleconference & has lines available for people to call in & listen (for free).
Interested? Register here, submit your question in step 3 and you’ll receive your call in number.
All you have to do to listen isΒ call in on Friday at 1pm EASTERN!

November 13, 2009 at 10:31 amCan’t make the recording (wah… ) as I’m getting my boobs smooshed at that time. (tmi??)
But interested to hear your definitions of Fitness Mission Statement. I’m sure it’s broader than my typical setting a goal for myself and working toward it. (like dead lifting 1.5# my bw… or bench pressing with the 45# plates).
It’s more likely expanding those into the more esoteric, why do I want to accomplish these tasks? (because, like a mountain, they are there?)
Interested in seeing/hearing/reading more…
