Creating a personal brand.

Oh, People.

We have been together too long and been thru far too much for me to even try and pretend to be any kind of COOL up in herre.

I mean, some of you have been with me since my first REALLY AWKWARD post (or five) & have stuck with me through whininglamenting, cheeringcelebrating and everything imaginable in between.

So I caint lie to you.

When I was contacted about participating in the below I did a big ass dance and waved my hands in the air like I just dont care.

I was pumped.

I was excited.

I freakin honored beyond *belief* that I would be included on any list that mentioned GARY VAYNERCHUK.

In all that I do (from random posts to seemingly RANDOM tweets) I strive to stay on brand message.

FITNESS (and life) IS NOT ABOUT FITTING IN…

Get there how you want—just get moving toward your goals

I was overjoyed that they had noticed.

If by overjoyed you mean I lost my fucking mind….which I do.

  5. Hubbend looked at me in amazement and a leetle scared too as I waved it around in front of him. He reads Entrepreneur though. So you AND I have both gained a lot of respect in his eyes. Me just because I’ve actually seen you with my own eyes.

    May I ask if you submitted yourself? not that it would lessen the excitement of it all! I have a small personal training business and need promo. for my brand 🙂

    I can not remember where I read it but someone called you a rational voice in a crazy industry (something along those lines). IMO that is key to your brand because the fitness world is filled with crazies.

    Of which I am one.

  18. You ARE a rock star. And I’m always encouraged when you reach out to the blogging community and support them when I know you have to be REALLY busy. But you always seem to find time visit everyday bloggers in blogland and I love it. It’s like a celebrity has stopped by for coffee and a few kind words (maybe even a pat on the back or a hug or two) whenever you stop by my blog and I always appreciate the gesture.

  58. I am trying like many people to create an online presence with my business. What attracted me to this blog over every other fitness blog I have ever read is that it has an identity. Great Job on branding your blog and your business it really makes a difference.
