  35. I’m YAHOO!ing about finally being able to do an unmodified chaturanga last night! Until now I’ve had to keep my knees on the ground – now I can squeeze out 2 or 3 “real” ones in each practice. Also YAHOO!ing about an impromptu mini-vacation to Disney World my hubby and I are taking this weekend.

Also, in just one week of making my meals a little more basic rather than using recipes every day, I have fallen back down to my comfort zone on my weight! YAHOO!   71. I lived in Sunnyvale for 5 years, too bad I’m not there now, much better weather than Washington 😛 Sunnyvale and Mountain View (next town over) are both great names. Be sure to take advantage of all the parks in Sunnyvale, I think everyone lives within a quarter mile of one or something like that, pretty cool. Yahoo for a town full of beautiful places to be outside!

  77. I’m Yahooing that it is Friday and i have a fitness filled weekend planned with friends. Tonight to hit the gym with my mom, tomorrow to ride our bicycles with a friend, Sunday to have the pups get togehter for a playdate and a good power walk as well, then to go for a long run and then to relax and enjoy the beautiful weather – YAHOOO for weekends….haven’t had one in a while, so I’m definitely thrilled

  82. i am yahoo!ing that training is finally starting to really kick in. so far this week: 800 yd open water swim, 9.89 mi ride, 1700m pool swim, 5.12 mi run, 11.43 mi ride … and more to come later this weekend (hopefully a lift, a longer run and another pool swim).
