I know Ren Man would readily agree he cares not about my brand partnerships.

If Im happy—he’s happy.

He puts up with my nonstop yammering loves to hear about them, but that’s about where it ends.Ā  He rarely voices an opinion.

Except for this time.

When I shared with him I was partnering with Egg Beaters Whites he pretty much lost his mind.

And immediately asked if they’d consider paying me in product.

  4. You must check out Hungry Girl Lisa Lillien’s egg mug recipes. They are amazing, and ALL Egg Beaters all the time. My fave is Egg Beaters with …….wait for it…..Laughing Cow Light Queso Fresco melted in it.

  17. The opportunity to work with a brand that you love that much is a wonderful thing! I used to eat Egg Beaters back in the day and loved their convenience. I’m a whole egg kind of girl now but I appreciate seeing that Egg Beaters has an All Natural version now. I would definitely use that.

  38. Those whites are pasteurized, so they’re great in cocktails they’re also great in recipes for baking-ESPECIALLY if you are making something that could be particularly dense-lighter. Like oatmeal pancakes.

  57. We don’t get Egg Beaters here in Australia (as far as I’ve been able to find) but I used them ALL THE TIME in Canada/US and I miss them. They made my life so much easier over there – now I’m back to using real eggs and I feel bad throwing out the extra yolks when all I want is an egg white brekkie.

    (Yes, I know I could save the yolks for baking but I don’t bake that often!)
