Ah, MizFit! It’s like you read my mind. Just FRIDAY I was complaining loudly and to anyone who would listen about how utterly sick I am of the basic bicep curl. And you ride in to the rescue – my knight(ess) in shining running shorts and OTK socks!

We just had a “grand-opening” of our new Super Walmart in town π At least now I can super size the soup cans and not fall too far behind your buff biceps!
I have a tip for other people like me who might space out while counting on the 21’s. I tend to get thrown off since I’m used to counting up to 10, 12, or 15, so I’ll blow past 7 and then wig myself out a little. I count backwards from 7, instead up up from 1. And it’s a little more motivating oftentimes, too.
Terrific! The Bag Lady will try these 21’s today. As long as she has time, in between doing the calf-push and the mud-pull-ups.
And Mercedes? Good tip!! The Bag Lady spaces out and loses count very easily…
Abs tight – bahahaha! That aside, I’m trying to at least not let my arms turn further into jello so I’ll give it a try.

Normally I use really light 5 lbs weights, but for boot camp I had to buy 8 lbs weights. They’re considerably more challenging and I LOVE how much effort it takes to complete the last couple reps of each set. You can just feel the muscles building:)

I found it kind of weird that you did a thing on arms today because I had this strange dream last night that I had really great arms….not as great as yours, of course, but DEFINITELY not like mine are today. Off to do my 21’s! Thanks!

I love 21s; right now, I do ’em with 8 lbs., but I’ve asked for a set of 10s and 12s for Mother’s Day (is that weird?), so I may be moving up soon.
