and now I shall talk at you.
Happy Monday Facetime.
Welcome to Adventures in Lack of Editing Skill (time? interest? who can say.) & Inexplicably Bright Sunshine Pouring In From Window To My Left.
I did draw the winner of friday’s freebie on camera BUT (fear not) it’s at the beginning and not toward the end when I head off on a tangent and burst into spontaneous song about how I miss my caffeine.
Enjoy.

February 11, 2008 at 8:28 amI feel robbed – there was no song. I wanted to hear singing! And how are you so darn chipper so early in the morning?
Crunches are evil. Isn’t there an easier way? Do any of those stupid crunch aiding as seen on TV things really help make crunches easier or more effective? I obviously won’t be doing any for a few months but I’m going to have some scary work to do this fall if I don’t want to hit 40 looking like I am still pregnant.

February 11, 2008 at 9:18 amStrong abs are the key. Me? I was obviously doing the crunches (a hundred years ago know as sit ups) incorrectly resulting in back pain and bed rest. Huh. Oh, to be young and dumb again.
I heart the T and the website. I shall enjoy my freebie, and also purchase something as well!!!

February 11, 2008 at 3:41 pmOkay earlier I read the post.
Love Monday Face time by the way.
Did so much care for today’s advice. 🙂 humph. I am with Michelle, crunches are evil. I hate them.
I was waiting for a demonstration of the crunches because I too have a very bad lower back but I was told to be careful in doing crunches so I do not injure myself more…….so…………….I just do not do them. So I don’t run that risk.
But yes, I do need to do them. Would LOVE a demonstration on the correct way or you can even type it out, cuz we are not suppose to do sit ups are we?
By the way Matthew LOVES your Monday face time video too! He thinks you are funny but yes singing and dancing would be great too! LOL

February 12, 2008 at 1:53 amYou evil, evil woman suggesting ab work! I am oh so weird in that i actually heart the crunch (ye ole exercise version and crispy food items – ha!) but my neck hurts when i do them. thus i do not do them.
i digress to say my pediatrician back in the day once commented on my taut midsection. i finally figured out it was due to the fact that i religiously sucked in my stomach. all the time. even at home. as if i could let my then non-existant pooch extend. now? pfft. fat happy married with kids and a husband who likes curves. or so he tells me. 🙂
anywho, back on track. seeking tips on avoiding the neck pain!
ps: loved the video
pps: when you said you got an “email from a woman” i dissolved into giggles and looked around for her and all i found was a geeky 13 year old.
