with extra love to all ya’ll who delurked yourselves to comment on yesterday’s scale post.
I learned a lot over the course of the day by reading all of your responses.
and, even given the relative anonymity of the internet, I so appreciate everyone weighing in (not pun-y. I know. Yet I couldnt resist) with such honesty.
Since Im never one to suggest you give something up (daily weighing) without offering you a (semi-silly) solution please to know that a suggestion is on its way (see? I am adult. I resisted an attempt at punnage there).
it’s cheap. it’s portable. and there are absolutely no numbers involved.

April 10, 2008 at 4:56 amThe scale issue is big, isn’t it? In my case, I have to weigh daily, or I will have no clue how I’m doing, and I dang sure don’t want a big bad surprise after a week of not weighing. Thanks for sharing!

April 10, 2008 at 9:17 amHi, thanks for dropping by my blog.. OMG, I’m quite intimidated looking at MizFit cartoon there. I really could use a personal trainer now, I’m pre-obese the last time I calculated my BMI. Anyway, will be checking out this blog for more fitness advice.

I love puns so much.
And am all about silly alternatives. Particularly if one involves replacing something so emotionally-charged and self-monitoring as the s-word.
