I’m living in a flood zone in south central Wisconsin. I have been busy since Sunday working with the village on flood relief efforts. No homes lost, no one injured, but major water damage. We’ve been blessed, actually, compared to others. I have done a lot of walking and bike riding to get places this week as well as lots of cleaning. Glad to say I’m not stress eating! I’m actually losing weight, but today is the first day I could have gone to the gym because the roads are finally open. I will track my walking later.
Hoping to get to the gym tomorrow. I miss the great info and insights here, but I don’t have time to look.

Thanks for the link! I signed up and joined the team. I went back and entered in my workout info from my logs, so I’m up-to-date. What a fun way to stay motivated!
