of both the literal & virtual kind.
but, when a fabulous blogger is kind enough to deem you her go-to fitness/nutrition guru (*blush* and beyond appreciated)—-you gotta play along, right?
- Where is your cell phone? pocket. with my WOCKET.

June 30, 2008 at 5:59 pmMiz, that egg beaters sausage mashup, i used to do that all the time in college where all i had to cook with was a microwave, i’d pour in egg beaters, slice up some turkey bacon (i dont eat cheese) and maybe some salsa and put it on high for about 45 seconds, i’d pair it with those kavali crackers and that was my little no fuss protien mashup! I also hope to see you’r book/dvd everywhere (prefably next to my aspiring cookbook, you know, on the bestsellers shelf).

June 30, 2008 at 8:28 pmumn, the egg oats thing kinda makes me want to gag… I mean it shouldn’t, I dont mind egg/sausage + syrup, but yea, not so much with my beloved oats.

June 30, 2008 at 9:03 pmI got a Wii fit for my b-day, it’s a little lippy thing. You miss a day, it give you crap. You gain weight (you are supposed to weigh yourself everyday) it asks you why and makes you CHOOSE the reason….pretty gutsy for a thing that easily be turned into an expensive frisbee…..

June 30, 2008 at 9:20 pmA friend and I were talking about our weird food habits, and hers is “no foods touching”. When we parted I told her I was going home to dump all of the components of my dinner into a bowl and eating it with a spoon. I’m a food mixer/toucher.
And yet I’ve never thought to add my eggs to my oatmeal. Hmmmm….

June 30, 2008 at 9:29 pmI’m also not wearing a bra at the moment. Not that you asked. And will you please put me on the pre-order list for your book??
My fave answer of yours was this: right here living the same life and doing the same thing. Im happy that way.
That says so many many good things about you:)

June 30, 2008 at 10:49 pmYou always make me laugh for some reason. So glad you did this tag. Being a vegetarian I really am making an effort on the egg thing but just don’t like them.

June 30, 2008 at 10:54 pmGood to know these things about you. I’m not telling whether I’m wearing a bra…..sheesh. (okay, I am – a ratty old thing that absolutely does NOT do it’s job anymore but it’s comfy and my favourite and…that’s more than you wanted to know, I’m sure!)
Every Gym's Nightmare says
June 30, 2008 at 11:18 pmwow- finally a glimpse into the world of MizFit.
I, too, cried during the wipeout show. i thought it would be dumb and copying most extreme elimination challenge- which it did- but then i remembered that show is hilarious, so one that copies it must be too.
cause thats how i roll.

I love your “where you want to be in 6 years”. I really love that. There is no greater gift in life than to be happy with who and what and where you are. Absolutely beautiful.

July 3, 2008 at 2:22 amThanks, MizFit and Hungry Waif! I’m in college right now, and I find dining hall meat to be…dubious. Which leaves me with egg whites and (also-dubious-dining-hall-)tofu. Always up for hearing ways to make them more exciting than…peeling them off the yolk and sticking them in my mouth. *yawn* Lol.
