July 17, 2008 at 6:12 amPizza and Roni?! I think I’ve died and gone to heaven. I’ll definitely have to give that recipe a try. The only thing that could have made it better is if you, MizFit, were there showing us how to fit in some exercise while making healthy pizza. = )

July 17, 2008 at 6:34 amThat video was great! We make pizza at home too. Last weekend I tried fresh sliced zucchini from the garden. It was yummy! I have to work on keeping my cool with kids in the kitchen. Roni is so calm…….sometimes when my 4 are all in there, I get a little nutty ๐

July 17, 2008 at 6:49 amWow, that egg & tomato pie looks delish – and like something I might actually try to make! Usually I just look at recipes with a sense of awe and wonder that people actually make good food. But i think (don’t want to commit too much here) I just might try this one! Thanks Roni!

I honestly chuckled out loud as I had a visual of some girls getting busted by security for trying to carry a 40 of Old English on the plane so they could toast you.

July 17, 2008 at 8:57 amThat little guy is just too cute in the pizza video. Reminds me of my nephews whenever they want to help me with anything. Twice as long and usually ice cream or cookies are involved in whatever task they are helping me with. Yeah, I spoil them like crazy, then I send them home to their mom.

July 17, 2008 at 9:05 amOh boy! I am totally making this tonight. I bought some of those Trader Joe’s pizza crusts months ago and put them in the freezer but I wasn’t sure if they would work unthawed.

July 17, 2008 at 9:34 amI learned something new — fancy shredded moz! My husband is a cheese-a-holic, negating any healthy ingredients that I put on our homemade pizza.
Also, the lower rack — I’m defintely trying that!

July 17, 2008 at 2:52 pmMm, looks delicious. I love the egg-on-a-pizza thing. Great option when out for pizza, as well, if the pizza place has “pizza fiorentina” on the menu (popular in London but don’t recall seeing them in the states)! gotnomilk has a lovely recipe for a non-dairy version:
