Yes, People.
There’s a new episode of Two Fit Chicks which you can listen to/download here.
It’s all about Goals Goals Goals & I can only hope you have half as much fun listening to it as DG & I had making it.
(If youre wondering if you should be envious of the fact I get to skype her all the time the answer is resoundingly YES.)
Please to enjoy.
Onward.
Ive been invited to be a guest on Dr. Fitness & The Fat Guy this thursday.
(Yes you can listen. I believe instructions as to precisely how can be found at the link above.)
They’ve asked me to ask YOU if you have any questions youd like them to pose to me on the air.
If you do (& yer on twitter) please TWEET @fatguy your 140 character query.
Not on twitter? Taking a twit’hiatus? Feel free to leave your question in the comments below.
(& yeah. you can ask anything. I always reserve the right to plead the 5th…)

October 26, 2009 at 3:36 amI’m so excited to hit up itunes for the podcast!!
My question: I love how you stress LESS IS MORE, but was this something you only started after you were fit? How much weight have you lost and kept off?

October 26, 2009 at 4:06 amCatching up from the weekend glad your daughter is healing and did so well!
I have emailed you this question before but you haven’t answered it yet:
I made it through my pregnancy without gaining too much weight and have gained 20 pounds NOW. My son is two and I find that I finish eating everything he doesn’t!
How have you avoided that weight gain with your daughter?

Do you ever sleep???
What time do you go to bed as it seems you are awake for hours by the time I get up.
How do you get so many blog comments?

October 26, 2009 at 5:03 amAnother great podcast. I have to say though, I struggle thinking of you as uncoordinated.
I also enjoy the constant goal setting that goes on in the blogging community. That is one of the real advantages of being around this kind of influence all the time.
I can’t wait to finish this later today.

October 26, 2009 at 5:06 amYAY!

October 26, 2009 at 5:07 amMaybe you answer this in the podcast but I have always wondered how you stay on track with the big picture and don’t grow frustrated or quit.

October 26, 2009 at 5:16 amWonderful on all fronts!! You are amazing in all that you get accomplished.
My question? What are your long term goals for yourself?
Meredith says
October 26, 2009 at 5:23 amI’m not on twitter.
How do you juggle everything that you do?
I also really like Diane’s question:
You appear prolific on so many fronts what is YOUR ultimate goal?
Also 🙂 when you were a trainer were you like Jillian? Why do you no longer train??

October 26, 2009 at 5:46 amI work in an office, have long hours & don’t have the flexiblity you seem to have in your schedule for workouts.
What’s the one tip you’d give me? Your biggest tip for staying healthy and losing weight.
Thanks, Miz!

October 26, 2009 at 2:04 pmYou are always so positive. Nowadays, do you ever get down on yourself at all? I know we can all get back to feeling good but are there days when you just are not happy with yourself?

October 26, 2009 at 3:25 pmThat’s awesome! Can’t wait to download it when I get home. I wrote about healthstyle goals this morning too 🙂

October 26, 2009 at 4:30 pmCan’t wait to get a chance to catch up on your podcasts. I love podcasts during long and mellow runs so I’ll definitely get to listen regularly when I’m training. I rarely have much auditory time during my day besides then…
As for questions? I’m blanking. It is Monday after all. Hmmm…how about what keeps it fresh? What keeps MizFit from waking up in the morning and going “ho hum, another day”. You seem to just burst forth with energy.

October 26, 2009 at 9:16 pmI can’t wait to see the photos when Princess Tornado has her party!
You both really do have such lovely radio voices to listen to.
When I do my challenges, I ALWAYS do tons of research. It’s the only way I know if I’ll be able to follow through. Sometimes I give it a try a couple times before I blog about it; other times I’ll do my research and then jump into it with the blog… I think the important thing is to be honest with ourselves about what we are and are not ready for, and to push ourselves REALISTICALLY.
With the marathon and finishing: I enjoyed my two races over the summer so much more because my goal was to COMPLETE the race, and to run the whole way and not walk. I didn’t worry about time. I think if I had a specific time in mind, I wouldn’t have enjoyed it nearly as much.
God I love popcorn 😉

October 27, 2009 at 8:38 amSounds awesome!
My question is: I’m at a good weight (some call me a skinny bi@#h) I’m 36 years old. The problem- every time I exhert myself or push myself, I hurt myself. I briskly walk – lots, bike occasionally, canoe sometimes, and do yoga once a week. How can I get stronger so I spend less time in pain? (back, knees, stiffness)
Thanks for your wisdom.
Nikki
