I had zero plans for a post this morning—yet here I am.
Typing away as we wait for the cookies (yes, more) to bake & get ready to kick off our Thanksgiving day.
This year we’re trying something new & the Tornado is running her first (finger quote) race (unFQ).
It’s a 1K (seriously, how freakin cute is that?!) and it’s later this morning.
The other new tradition is Im going to attempt the mobile blogging.
After the strenuous 1K Ive passed on the adult 5K. Today I am thankful for NO EXERCISE! I am going to make an attempt to post photos at MizFit.
What better day to play around, I figure, than one where most of us arent reading.
And all ya’ll non-USA folks?
Please to enjoy.
Please to be patient with my thumbtyped mess.
And please to hold down the blogworld while us USA-types are off stuffing our collective pie-holes.

I’ll pick up the exercise slack. I plan to do lots of (ugh) cardio today. I’ve got nothin but time on my hands.
You think it’s possible that I do a whole week’s worth all in one day?
Please to enjoy your ToFurkey Day.

Being Canadian, I really wish it was a holiday here. I work tonight and would appreciate the holiday pay! 😛

November 26, 2009 at 9:08 amHee…here’s betting she runs 3 times that distance. My first “fun run” there was a fat=her and daughter near my pace. He jogged the 5K while she ran around and around and around and around (and around) him…I’m sure she tripled his distance…and seemed to be loving every minute of it. I remember grinning and saying “wow…she has a lot of energy”. He laughed and said “you have no idea” and smiled as she ran off ahead and then back again….Here’s hoping the tornado whirls around
Happy thanksgiving.

November 26, 2009 at 9:17 amit is a 10K here – and I think that was dumb – a 10K will not pull out any newbies. And the serious runners will run regardless.
