January 19, 2010 at 11:10 amAs a PhD student in Cognitive (and somewhat a sub specialty in Aging) I tend to focus too much on the brain instead of the vessel. But, both are important for each other! Exercise has been shown to ward of demential and improve memory (one reason is that motor areas are very close to memory and higher order functioning). But, you are right. The tips are spot on š
