Seriously, you’re awesome. I love it when people who are crazybusy can still demonstrate how it IS POSSIBLE to fit in health into our lifestyles. We can all do it, we just need to rearrange priorities!
I know I’m responding to the wrong post, but I wanted to comment on your plea for 1/2 marathon tips.
