    Running friend here saying that I’m so proud of you for trying it! Running is NOT for everyone but its my sport and I’ll toot its horn every chance I get. I’m sure you’ll do great in your first half marathon (thats where I got hooked into loving running by the way, no pressure just a little fact for you to digest over a GU or a Luna Moon or something along your route). Can’t wait to hear the race report and see pics!

    As you cross the finish line, please remember the feelings you have – and never forget them. You are an inspiration to so many and are proving not only to Tornado, but to yourself that if you dream it, you can do it!

  26. It really is 100% true I would NOT have done this without all of you.

    COULD NOT have done this without your tips, suggestions, nudges in the proper direction, & plain ole encouragement.

    Until I cross the finish line (seriously DO NOT CARE by what mode. skipping lunging crawling—whatevs) I wont say I DID IT…but Im well on my way to loosening my tighta**grip on my self-definition.

    I may just be a RunningWannabeBodybuilder after all.

    This so crazy. I was just thinking about you this morning, and then there’s a comment from you. It really means alot to me that would take the time to leave me an encouraging word as you prepare to leave for your race. Thanks!

    Also, I just listen to your last podcast. Loved it. Liked the guest, she was very interesting. The BEACON/BACON thing made me laugh. I really felt like I was evesdropping on you guys. Nice job. Liked the question thingo with the guest.
