Yes, People it’s that time again!
A new Two Fit Chicks & a crying Tornado podcast with the lovely DietGirl.
In episode 12 we cover many urgent & pressing issues ranging from whether or not to indulge in comfort foods when sick (ok. small reveal. I give this one a resounding HellToTheYes!) to if the letter H should be pronounced in the word HERB.
It also includes lots of blogger news and more than a few blogs are shouted-out by fellow bloggersΒ (translation: to our delight some of you have started outting your FRIENDS’ successes & sending them our way. As a result you never know when your blog might be included).
Click on the photo above to give episode twelve (and episodes one through eleven!) a listen.
Please to swing by TOMORROW for part two of three of our NO EXCUSES! adventure.

April 26, 2010 at 12:21 pmLove the “Hell to the Yes” with comfort food when sick. I would be lost without my mashed potatoes. It also seems like my body compensates and burns extra calories trying to heal itself so it all works out peachy-keen. Thanks for the smiles. Hugs, Kirsten

A question for the next show…my son is 14 and wanting to bulk up…get stronger…look buff…impress the ladies! Is he too young for weights yet? He’s discouraged about being ‘string bean’ shaped and thinks I should let him drink protein shakes…should I? Any suggestions on how I should tackle this highly sensitive stage?
Cheers!

I am very interested to know if you think the BCAA’s work…of course, I don’t know if I lift “heavy” enough to warrant them, but I would love to have bigger arm muscles!
