I know it’s been a little while —-but we’re back and better than ever (you know, since Im not biased at all).
We’re talking everything from how much protein to eat to whether or not we should feel guilty for taking a day off from working out.
We have a special guest co-host.
I accidentally reveal where Im planning on running my half-marathon which is probably ok because Ive been known to change my mind a million times when airfare is potentially involved.
I overshare & prattle on about the movie-treat I snuck into a theater whose fumes made the peeps in front of me turn around in horror.

And you didn’t get a medal from the Disney half? That’s crazy – I thought medals came along with every half…shoot, that’s what is motivating Kelly and I, lol!
Still listening (and loving it) so that’s all the comment I have for now – just couldn’t wait.
