At long last the topic for which you’ve all been clamoring (and for once Im not even being facetious!).
Episode 14 is here and focuses upon Shauna & my experiences with eating intuitively.
We chat about how we’ve both come ’round to thinking this is the food approach which works best for us.
We share the tips we’ve found which have helped us along the proverbial way.
And we suggest that you, too, consider losing the “I“ word & replace it with, well, you’ll just have to click on the image below to find out.
Please to enjoy.
YAY!!! A new podcast.
Now if only we could get them weekly (hint hint).
Yeah! I’ve been waiting for this one! I can’t wait to listen.
I loved the podcast and you hit on so many topics that I have either been writing about or thinking about lately. Especially that whole defining intuitive eating yourself. I’ve been wanting to break my mold of blogging about how the intuitive eating book defines it but really, the book was only my starting point and it is about so much more than what is held within a book. I am looking forward to the follow up podcast and would love to contribute!
Can’t wait to listen!!
thanks for the reference!

This was my first TFC podcast listening experience. It was great. Thank you for orchestrating that (love the acronym).
Something that really struck me was when Shauna said, “…there’s no bandwagon to fall off and on.” AH HA moment for me.
These are fabulous! Always love them.
Yay! I knew there was one due, will be listening tonight whilst I do the cleaning!
🙂
Thank you so much for linking this on my blog. I really appreciate it 🙂
