Im kinda shocked, amazed and pretty damn flattered happy to announce that Ive been invited to be a part of a First! Time! Twitter event for Experience Life magazine.
(Yes it is a Twitter event, but there’s still plenty of time to sign up for a Twitter account & if you dont fall completely twitter-in-love you need never use it again!)
The chat will be hosted by the FITastic Senior Editor Jen Sinkler & me and takes place on December the first at 3pm central/4pm eastern.
The hashtag for the chat is #ELfit and it’s simple to chime in that day using Tweet Chat.
So here’s your chance.
To ask ME anything & to pick the brain of one of the editors of Experience Life magazine as well.
You may ask your questions in ‘real time’ on Twitter (Id love to get as many of our Tribe there chatting away as possible. I love my Peeps) or plop em in the comments below.
Anything.
From fitness to food.
From writing to workouts.
Jen & I await your command queries.

I will be there if I can and want to know if you have tips for not drinking all my calories over the holidays.
What are my best choices for cocktails?
Wait.
Do you even drink, MizFit?
That’s a question too 🙂

November 29, 2010 at 6:01 amI was thinking: Dec 1st, hmm, awfully early to be announcing this…and then I looked at my calendar. Yikes! The years, they fly.
(sekrit note: you could bring latkes to the holiday potluck. I’ve never tried to make those before.)

November 29, 2010 at 7:51 amHow exciting is that!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I just don’t want to do Twitter.. so staying away from it.. I can’t keep up with the blog stuff as it is… never get to FB pages & Twitter is just 1 more thing I don’t need to distract me from me right now which needs some caring… I wish I could do them all like a lot of you out there.. I still don’t know how people keep up with all of them…

November 29, 2010 at 1:56 pmI’ve noticed that I am *starving* now that I’ve been exercising regularly. Is there a way to lose weight and keep the hunger beast at bay?
Seriously, I feel like I could eat at Ary’s. That’s how hungry I’ve been.

November 30, 2010 at 12:29 pmHI MizFit,
I’d like to know your typical workout week-how many times you do cardio (and for how long and type), weights (split routine, whole body), stretching (yoga?) and whatever else you do.
Thanks!
