I’m not sure if you are being silly (?) but this is what I needed.
I am new to any kind of resistance training MizFit and had not thought I could just use soup cans.

I still haven’t worked up to TEN of these Bulgarian split squat thingies, much less TWENTY reps (you go!). For now, I’m stuck with 3 sets of 8 each leg, but I’m still plugging away at them. Between the reluctant quads and my pitiful balance, this may be as good as it gets. I can live with that. 🙂

I know I’m a day behind but I just did these along with the video. I went crazy and held a 12 pack. The split squats are the bane of my existence, but I know how good they are for me. Now, where’d that 12 pack go? (kidding!)
