(Remember this tee? It’s time for me to do a new one. YOU??)
I will admit, being the misfit I am, I initially snickered when I opened my assignment email from Sears Fit Studio
As I read the words stripping away the excuses I immediately thought of, well, stripping away the excuses.
(Just me? really?! OK. Duly noted.)
But after I recovered from my schoolgirl-like giggles I realized it would be a short, shot VLOG.
EXCUSES? We dont allow no stinkin’ excuses!

March 27, 2011 at 6:11 amWell said! I *love* that you make the distinction between exercising for good health and training for the Olympics. Sometimes we get caught up in that all-or-nothing thinking that says 10 minutes here and there doesn’t measure up. But it DOES!

March 27, 2011 at 9:54 amI commented over there but I said – how could anyone argue with that!
Like you, when people say how long their days are, I do offer up that 10 minute suggestion… something is better than none. Plus like you, I am a morn workout person & have been for years… the end of the day – I was always too tired from the mental work day OR other things hit.
Great video Carla!

March 27, 2011 at 10:30 amI have actually just ordered the book “Excuses Begone” by Dr. Wayne Dyer. While I have been doing much better these last few weeks, I still get tripped up by excuses and it is definitely something I want to tackle.

March 27, 2011 at 3:14 pmCarla…that’s the first video I’ve watched of you and it’s the first time I’ve heard your voice. Great advice. Plus the way you look, carry yourself and speak is totally amazing and something to work towards!
