hahhaha jimmy likes elaine. I was never a big Seinfeld fan, but that episode was hilarious. All sounds awesome to me! I love switching things up! Keeping the body guessing is a beautiful thing. As of recent, I threw spin back into my routine one day a week and I’ve been wogging a lot more. The little peanut seems to like the wogging as she kicks away while I do it ;). Hope you guys are having a wonderful weekend

I’m halfway through an STS/Turbo Fire rotation and will continue with that along with my Michi’s challenge that starts June 1st – okay I have 3 I’m in! Oops! Nope, it’s 4! I’m also doing the planks challenge!

I wasn’t at fitbloggin but I’m with you. I am totally on a roll with karate. I’m about as ass-kickin’ as a lowly white belt. I test for high white belt on Wednesday and Saturday so I’m about as in the groove as possible (at least for this week).

I’m in. The meltdown I had after the last race was the wakeup call I needed. I just started the new hotness this week. More running miles and 5-6 days a week strength training (rotating body parts).

I’m training for a powerlifting competition! so i’m with ya! It’s been nearly two years since I competed, so I’m very excited to get back to it and hopefully earn back my nationally ranked status!
Yes, it’s a thing! A movement! A lots of movement! I’m printing out a gym class schedule for this week!
I’m on board. I actually started 2 weeks ago. I was sick of losing and regaining the same few pounds. So a friend suggested that since I’m apple shaped, and therefore “built like a guy,” I should work out like a guy. So lately I’ve been hitting the weight rack hard and doing less cardio. So far, it’s working. Not sure this is the long-term answer, but I’ll keep with it as soon as I’m seeing results. I’ve also changed my diet a bit – a blend between Mediterranean diet & Flat Belly Diet. So far, so good. The kids just got out of school on Friday, so the real challenge is about to begin.
I’ll be doing Zumba to get in shape. So yes, I will join you!
