Do I possess all the answers? No–but I do know what I’ve done, what I think, & what has worked for us.
Please to enjoy my musings over at Sears Fit Studio.

I love that your little girl loves herself. That’s going to take her far in life. Way to go mama bear!
now I’m just looking for tips and praying it lasts….
I’m a little scared to have kids!!
I commented over at FitStudio BUT LOVE that video & love that Tornado loves herself!!! I think if you keep doing what you are doing & keeping an open line of communication as she ages, hopefully all will be OK & it lasts. Peer pressure & words can be very powerful & really effect kids but I see you being able to continue talking with her & helping her work thru this!
YOU ROCK.
Fab video, Miz.
I think it’s great if other grown-ups (not just the kid’s mom and dad) reinforce this. If mom’s friend or Aunt Charlene says something positive to the child about his/her body (strong, fast, flexible, etc…) it can go a long way.
Love.It.
FANTASTIC POINT Gina.
Spoken like a true expert!
