Teva Mush shoes ode of love (and give away).

As it seems so many things are these days (Im nothing if not late to the Facebook party) this post was sparked by a thread on Facebook.

A thread about the sad icky state of my feet (Ill spare you the link.  You’re glad. Take my word for it.) & how I wondered it some of it could be caused my  CONSTANT flip-flop wearing.

Constant.

I was generously offered the chance to try Teva Mush shoes by a Facebook friend who firmly believed they were the answer to my icky feet woes (FTC? The shoes were free! The photo-montage & opinions are all my own) .

Full shoes which offered the comfynessment of my beloved flip-flops.

I was a skeptic—till I was a believer.

I was smitten upon releasing the Teva Mush from their cardboard confines.

Love. Love. Love.

Of course having feet which sweat like a mo’ fo’ residing in Texas this little sticker immediately caught my eye:

I slipped em on and commenced admiring myself:

Then, being the focused freelancer I am, I immediately got back to work:

Next, because I do rock the self-care, I took a break and tested the Mush shoes’ relaxing capacity inside :

Id already given them MY MizFit seal of approval and, when the Tornado came home from kinder she (excited because “we now!almost!match!mama!”) eagerly bestowed hers as well:

Bottom line?

I love my Mush.  Comfy, lightweight, cool, & not stinky.  My misfit definition of heaven in a shoes. AND I want the purple pair.  BAD.

Bottom bottom line?

I couldnt experience the love without procuring one of you the chance to try the…love.

  11. KINDERGARTEN!!!! I am a teacher’s assistant in kindergarten and LOVE it. BUT it daoes require “on the move feet” and “closed toed shoes”. Because for some funny reason Kindergaretn children like to walk on top of teachers’ feet 🙂 I also work up a bit of a sweat on the playground so these shoes will help control the auroma that comes with a little play. They are also adorable ansd appropriate for school. Thanks for the chance and the introduction to Teva Mush.

    You answered that.
    Second thought: is there an arch?
    If so, I would wear them EVERYWHERE: to the bus stop, and the grocery store and the Target and the Trader J’s and the bank and the Michael’s and the playground and the living room and the kitchen…..perhaps all, but the office.

  14. Id go with a bit of an arch Laurie. Definitely not shoes youd wear all day, say , in the operating room were you a DOC 🙂 but kicking around town? PERFECTION.

  16. These shoes are PERFECT for all manner of commuting in stylish comfort, skipping about town doing errands merrily, and dressing up and down. That’s my kind of shoe.

  24. Well, I’d wear them to work, of course! Working at home gives me the benefit of wearing whatever I want. Since I’m a barefoot gal, my feet have taken a beating. These look awesome and I would LOVE be sporting them around “the office”.

  31. I love the Mush! I’d wear them to work. I’m a massage therapist and I work hard to battle my client’s tight muscles. This makes for a warm therapist. I hate wearing socks so the agion is a good thing!

  35. I have the same sweaty feet problem – could this finally be my answer to not causing my family to grab oxygen masks when I walk in the door from work?

    It’s that time of year when my volunteer work with the zoo involves being up in front of kids for 6 or more hours straight rather than just an hour or two at a time. Walking back and forth with the king snake in my hands, comfy shoes are a MUST… and these look perfect. And in the brown, they’ll go with my safari print uniform vest!

    Yup, it’s fall, and people are looking to closed shoes, but these would also be year-round for me. No flip flops at work!

    The best part of this is that I can see wearing these all the time… to church even! bus… walk… bus… walk… that’s my day almost every day, so comfort is a MUST!

  45. Ya I wear Skechers Shape Ups and I love them, but I also have some MAJOR calluses on my big toes from all the plyo work I do. I guess that means all my weight is in my toes.

  47. I would were them all the time! I could where them when I run out on errands and when we spend the day antiquing. I am always looking for comfy shoes and these look like they would fit the bill.

  48. Well I just took a look and i’m in love! I would wear these everywhere, to work and not just for the commute ;), to school, before and after yoga, to the park with our children, to the zoo, seriously everywhere. Thanks for this post!!

  49. I’d wear them all the time. I do an awful lot of running around with 3 kids, so they would get lots of good use. I won’t wear anything that’s not comfortable, that’s for sure.

  54. They look like great shoes. To be honest, I’m not a flip flop fan (I don’t like my feet being so exposed) – so these seem like a great, casual, summer alternative.

  60. Aaaaah, I have spent my entire last five summers in a pair of Tevas and I have been looking to replace them, but they don’t make the style I fell in love with. They are FANTASTIC to me because they have excellent arch support. Plus, they’re washable so I would wear them…..

    in the shower!!

  63. I would wear them on the weekend running errands. I have one pair of nice shoes for work and usually end up wearing grubby shoes all weekend. I’d love some cute and comfortable shoes.

  65. I would wear those things everywhere! I had a pair of Teva sandals that I wore until they were threadbare…which took years!

  69. I would take them to Mexico…sadly I am not really a travel kind of gal due to cash constraints but happily I have saved the dough to go international. I could travel in style AND comfort with Mush shoes 🙂

  70. I’d love to try a pair. I’ve struggled for years trying to find work shoes that wouldn’t kill my feet or sweat like crazy. So far.. i wear the forbidden flip flops everyday. If only I could wear heals but these sound awesome.

  72. Um…where WOULDN’T I wear them? I’m a super casual kinda gal, even have a super cazh dress code at work, so I’m pretty sure these would be my go-to shoes for everything. 🙂

  76. Curious, how were they for walking? I have this magical pair of sandals that can get me about 3 miles without hurting my feet. And uh, you had me at PURPLE.

  82. I too suffer the curse of the sweaty feet (lovely), so would appreciate the anti-microbial feature! Not to mention the fact that they’re pretty darn cute.

  83. I would wear these in the lab where I work. I’m in need of something cute to wear with slacks or a skirt, because my sneakers aren’t cutting it.

  87. Ummmmmmmmmmmmmm, can you say that with my ugly feet, I could wear everywhere.. well if the padding was OK.. do they have decent padding in them due to my bad feet…. and are they WIDE! Me & my wide feet & bunions!!!

    If they are not wide Miz, & you pick me, you can pick another as I need WIDE!!!!

  90. Funky shoes! I’d wear them everywhere EXCEPT to/from the pool. The chlorine has done a number on my purple flips – one pair of shoes sacrificed is enough!

  96. I would wear them at work mostly and if they’re as comfortable as you say, then I’d get another pair for at home-currently I wear crocs.

    I’d wear them to the park, I’d wear them in the woods, I’d wear them grocery shopping, I’d wear them around the house, I’d wear them with my walking group….and more!!

  119. Sandal season is quickly coming to an end here in MN. I would like to wear these all day long! I’m going to miss my Tevas in the winter. I have never seen shoe Tevas before!

    Ever since my feet were injured (along with most of the rest of me) in an accident, I must have bought a hundred pairs of shoes looking for some that won’t hurt my feet and/or give me blisters and the Mush shoes look like they might work. Would love to try them and I’d wear them everywhere!
