- Was this post foreshadowing? I’ll never tell.
- Am I unbelievably nervoucited (as the child STILL says)? I’ll give that a hell yes!
- Am I being deliberately vague in effort to generate excitement? No, I blame that on my writing style.
I’m thrilled to announce I’ve been invited to speak at the Think Better, Live Better conference January in Austin.
The brainchild of Marc and Angel ChernoffΒ and Asian Efficiency‘s Thanh Pham it’s a one day event unlike any other in which I’ve participated.
The trio captures it best when they describe Think Better, Live Better saying:
You won’t leave “Think Better, Live Better” with a notebook full of ideas and nothing checked off your to-do list. You’ll set into motion a realistic plan you can keep improving on for years to come.
We will guide you step-by-step through mental strength training exercises and refocus your mind on the powerful truths that make the fastest and most effective impact on your personal desires and goals.
This day will be made up of engaging keynote presentations, actionable workshops and interactive panels from some of the brightest minds in personal growth and productivity.
Tickets are on sale now.
I’ll be there both presenting with Marc (on the subject of overcoming discouragement) and basking in the knowledge of my fellow speakers and attendees.
We all know if there are names synonymous with personal development/life transformation they are Marc and Angel.
Join me.
Join them.
This January.
Let’s see what we can do, and learn, and BE —–together.

November 13, 2015 at 7:46 am$300???? If you have an “extra” $300 to spend on a one day conference + getting to Austin and back and spending the night/meals/etc. then I would say you have no problems what-so-ever!
Marc says
November 13, 2015 at 9:21 amThank you for the feedback, Cheryl. There’s no question that downtown Austin isn’t cheap. The cost of the event is primarily based on the cost of the venue (The W Hotel).
But I promise, you do get what you pay for.
This is a beautiful venue in one of the most exciting cities in the USA. And we’ll all have the pleasure of sharing the day with some of the most inspiring experts, bestselling authors and speakers, and attendees I’ve ever met.
Also, just to clarify, the event will span 2 days (not one) — on Sunday we’ll all have the chance to interact informally, sharing stories, asking/answering individual questions, and having some more fun.
Finally, if you want to attend but cost is an issue, I’ll extend a local Texas discount (originally only for Texas locals) to all of Carla’s readers (offer ends Monday night): https://thinklivebetter.com/texas.html
Looking forward to meeting YOU. π
Marc
