Ok, Woman Challenge Peeps. Are you:
floundering?
bored?
aimless?
need a reason to train?
searching for motivation?
Perhaps this ride has your name written all over it—-either in person or VIRTUALLY.
You’re not to late to join in the JUNE TRAINING!

May 31, 2009 at 7:05 amSorry, haven’t been checking in… been crazy busy between vacation planning, end of school year, and yes… getting in a minimum of two hours training time every day, including my muscle strengthening workouts.

June 1, 2009 at 6:48 amA few too many days for me to be gone during the school year, but I wish I could go to PA. I think a 3-day will become an option when the kids are a little older (and self-sufficient).
I’m thinking about starting a little closer to home, and heading one state over for the metric century at Carolina’s Challenge in Spartanburg for the Wounded Warrior Project, also in October.
Training will have to wait until July. Have to focus on running for just a few more weeks, until after the Garden of the Gods 10 mile.
