1. Many of you have emailed asking about NON-itunes ways to hear my interview on the Dr.Fitness & The Fat Guy show.  Voila: Dr Fitness & the Fat Guy Meet MizFit.

I have to say those two were so freakin fun to chat with it hath become my new goal to play Dan LeBatard to their awesomeness should they ever need a break (yes, People, that IS a Pardon The Interruption reference. Shocking, I realize).

UPDATE: Im happy to say they’ve emailed & invited me to come back every 6 weeks to answer more fitness questions! Goooo vision board!

B. A few of you asked about using the Unapologetically Myself ‘logo’ on your sites as a link-back to MizFit (there are no words here for how honored I am you’re even asking…).

Yes. Yes. If only I could help you figure out how but I caint but YES!

  15. Love your Halloween photos!! I so love “unapologetically myself”, and i think about it all the time. It helps for the last minute confidence boosting and it helps me own my embarrassing moments, like wearing two different shoes to the gym by accident.

  37. Thanks for posting the alt link. My office computer is in dire need of an upgrade, but I’m cheap and want to wait until at least the next quarter before I drop more bucks into equipment, etc. So, I can not play vids or audio with a freeze up.

    And those Halloween pics are sweet! Great theme. And so much hair on everybody. Yowza. I am a bit confused, tho. I thought you were the Wizard….

  44. Great Halloween costumes!!! Love the Ren Man dressed up as Prince Charming. Tornado looks adorable. And you just radiate too much friendliness to pull off the evil witch thing, but you look fantastic!

    Ugh, good ol’ nanowrimo. I didn’t even give the pretense of signing up this year. Why-oh-why is it in November? Why not January, after the holiday madness has passed and there’s an extra day?

  53. Great pictures! I did orange hair and some studded leather accessories from an old jacket I cut up to do a heavy rocker look for Halloween once. Complete with styrofoam, tiger-striped painted “guitar”.

    Cool about the logo! I might just have to snag it for fun. Don’t worry, I’ll be sure the link back is there if I do!

  62. You look so great in your Halloween costume! This is the first year that we have done anything for Halloween since I graduated college. We actually had a party at our apartment this year. I have some Halloween pics up on my blog for you to check out, too!
    I actually JUST starting blogging about my own weight loss/healthy living in the last 2 months because sites like yours have really inspired me.
    I don’t have many readers yet, but hope that my own loss of 85+ pounds over the last 6 years will inspire others the way you have had an effect on so many!
