1. Many of you have emailed asking about NON-itunes ways to hear my interview on the Dr.Fitness & The Fat Guy show. Voila: Dr Fitness & the Fat Guy Meet MizFit.
I have to say those two were so freakin fun to chat with it hath become my new goal to play Dan LeBatard to their awesomeness should they ever need a break (yes, People, that IS a Pardon The Interruption reference. Shocking, I realize).
UPDATE: Im happy to say they’ve emailed & invited me to come back every 6 weeks to answer more fitness questions! Goooo vision board!
B. A few of you asked about using the Unapologetically Myself ‘logo’ on your sites as a link-back to MizFit (there are no words here for how honored I am you’re even asking…).
Yes. Yes. If only I could help you figure out how but I caint but YES!
Feel free or, as my guilty pleasure says: Have at it!
Edited to say: see comment number 13 for how! thanks FLG.
Also PLEASE to comment below if you’re not in my blogroll & wanna be. I always plan to update but, alas, that chickenbus is way 2008 right now.
37i. Halloween. Id never lie to you & absolutely no one demanded the photos below.
So here they are.
My Halloween. NOT at your request:
it isn’t really clear here, but Im supposed to be the “Evil Witch” (or at least that’s what the Tornado instructed and the package said…)
Z. There may or may not be sporadic posting throughout November. Not so much because Im doing this (which I am) but because Im still firmly ensconced in a steaming sh*tpile of my own making.
Got a pooper-scooper for me?
Blogging tips to send my way?
Want in the blogroll?

And yes, I’d love to be on your blogroll if you’d do me that solid. After the whole sharting story yesterday, I’m suprised you’d even offer.

For peeps wanting to link to carlabirnberg via the pic, it’s just some html. (It’s best to save the image and upload it to your website or some other image hosting site to save mizcarla some bandwidth. Where src=”” is, insert the url of your uploaded image between the quotation marks. I used the one miz has hosted as an example).

November 6, 2009 at 2:43 pmGreat pictures! I did orange hair and some studded leather accessories from an old jacket I cut up to do a heavy rocker look for Halloween once. Complete with styrofoam, tiger-striped painted “guitar”.

Anyway, I’d love to be on the blogroll! I’m not sure I’m on anybody’s since I moved my blog.

November 6, 2009 at 2:51 pmUrgh. My comment got et. The pix are great! I once did my hair in orange for Halloween, I was being a rocker. It went with my styrofoam cutout, tiger-striped guitar facsimile. But not so well with the wild green and blue tights I was wearing!
Anyway, I’d love to snag your logo. I definitely felt like that trying to do Zumba last night. The poor instructor probably didn’t know WHAT to make of my latin unrhythm! I’ll be sure it links back.
