Nope. No idea what is going on with my face
Many thanks to Fitarella for filming the bumblingexcitement which were my MizFit’s Muscles in Minutes at Fitbloggin.
The premise of the whole shebang was to offer tips & insights into what *I* do to squeeze in some exercise when my traditional workouts are derailed.
The video is raw, unedited, long as the proverbial mo’fo and features two volunteers (@jeninrl & @fitinmyheart) from the audience as well.
The video is, much to my chagrin, currently trapped on Fitarella’s flip camera (oooh is this the excuse we’ve all been waiting for to have a sleepover at FittyFit’s house?!).
So for now, in response to your emails, I give you my notes.
They too are raw, unedited, and long as the proverbial mo’fo (methinks there’s a trend here).
Please to remember these are my MizFit Muscles in Minutes notes.
What I do.
They are not an exercise prescription.

Comment below if you have thoughts (beyond chopping up the 19 minute clip into segments) or suggestions where/how we can upload the video.
Is that a velvet track suit? Hot!
thank you for explaining “supersets”! and you were rockin’ that outfit, woman!
THanks so much for the pdf information.
Now, where did you get that badass outfit?
I could not find that information in the pdf 🙂
Have you tried viddler.com?
I think you can upload practically anything there!
Can’t wait to see the video so let me knw if you need a hand.
Hubs said to try dailymotion.com Oh I hope you are able to upload it!! 🙂
As far as internet videos go – sure, maybe it’s a little long. But having seen “Muscle in Minutes” in person, the workout is definitely, quick, focused and to the point!
Did you get a chance to try any of those sites I sent over?
Ben (@benjamteal)
Printed!
Thanks Miz.
Thanks for the reminder to keep the core tight- that’s one that so many people forget and leads easily to injury! Also love your point about stress reduction. Wish I could have been there to see the Miz in action!
Always great & practical stuff! I know your readers are going to love this!
You rock, Miz. I wish I could have been there in person for the demo! 😉
oooh. I think we are all set. PDF today. Video tomorrow. Next stop? us all working in street clothes en mass (hmmm should there be an E there? en masse? who can say….)
I can hardly wait. Will have to go over notes and pretend to be working at work. Good work if you can get it.
Those notes are great. So helpful. I can’t wait to see the video, too!
Editing large video into small parts:
1. download to computer.
2. On the MAC it’s iMovie; on Windows, it’s Window Movie Maker.
3. import full video. Create a title page.
4. You can clip the movie into a variety of smaller parts and upload them that way. Edit the title page to show the sequence.
It’s fun but frustrating and will take a little time to do (a couple hours since you’re learning).
Personally, I’d break it up for every superset. But maybe 2 sets??
You rock!!!
You could try using the internet (sorry, that’s about as technical as I get…)
YAY! I’m so sad that I missed this and I can catch a little of the info online.
Let’s all use our computer cameras and do it together in iChat tomorrow. He he.
I love her idea!! (Above)
Thanks so much for the pdf.
Did you figure out the uploading?
I love viddler.com
Where is your jumpsuit from? Is it velvet???
yep! Video tomorrow. Jumpsuit? (There’s a whole long story here too if you want it. Always a story ;)) is velourish terrycloth.
Built in bra.
Zappos!
TMI,
Miz
You’re all looking fabulous!
I thought the recommendations were great. I always tell my clients it is better to be doing something than nothing. Take what time you have and do the most with it.
You found your jumpsuit!!! That makes my whole day:)
Looks like Fit Bloggin was fun!
sounds like everyone had a great time!
Thank you! Anything is better than nothing. Sometimes it is all about just fitting in what you can when you can 😀
Very cool – printing this out. Thank you!
Speed reading Carla.
Great pdf.
Mind muscle connection is so hard for me.. I have tried.
What would be a sub for deadlift, in case of back issues..
I do deadlift, but if not careful about form, will aggravate my back.
Those are some great notes, thanks for sharing!
