And then eat them:
- 1/3ย cupย AllWhitesยฎ**
- 6ish ounces (any kind) vanilla yogurt
- whatever fruits are in the domicile
- whatever veggies you can successfully cram in and not taste (spinach?)
- 2 tablespoonish ground flaxseed
- a few ice cubes
- 2ย tablespoonsish natural peanut butter
- (if you’re me:) a dash of DaVinci syrup
Plop the above in a blender, blend & enjoy!

Love this – I was showing my mom (before her surgery) how to curl her weights slowly (instead of swinging the arms) but your video makes it even more clear…plus, I never considered doing a chest press while lying on the ground. I always thought you needed a bench, but I guess I have been dropping my arms too low…very good to know this!

I think the video is great. Another neat way to work out is in the shower with those big bottles of shampoo. Be careful though, you don’t want to drop it on your toes.

Do you always use ground flaxseed as opposed to the seed? Does ground flaxseed lose its nutritional value after being opened?
I always buy the ground (just for ease) as using the whole seed isnt suggested since it, uh, tends to pass right through us.
It wont lose its nutritional value but I do read differing opinions on how long it keeps in the fridge. I tend to FLY through my packages but would suggest leaving in fridge longer than 3 wks. Anyone else?

ok – I have protein shakes every am and use whey powder, but of course I prefer something more natural – do you pour in raw egg whites?
I use the all whites or comparable from Eggbeaters so they’re pasteurized–although AHHHHNOLD did drink em raw ๐
