March 7, 2011 at 8:05 amGood lord, woman, you’re hilarious & awesome. If All Whites knows what’s good for business, they’ll hire you immediately.
I love your enthusiasm, your accessibility/authenticity, and your joyful imagination. You’re really inspiring.
Plus, thanks for the reminder on form for these exercises.

March 7, 2011 at 11:37 amLove this – I was showing my mom (before her surgery) how to curl her weights slowly (instead of swinging the arms) but your video makes it even more clear…plus, I never considered doing a chest press while lying on the ground. I always thought you needed a bench, but I guess I have been dropping my arms too low…very good to know this!

March 7, 2011 at 11:39 amYour site wasn’t working this morning BTW.
You need a TV show where you teach us how to workout in weird places. This mom is too busy for the gym.
I love that skirt, too.

Oh, and that thing really is PROTEIN PACKED! Peanut Butter, All Whites, Yogurt. Dang.
I really need to get my game on with the Flax though. Never tried it.

March 7, 2011 at 12:30 pmI think the video is great. Another neat way to work out is in the shower with those big bottles of shampoo. Be careful though, you don’t want to drop it on your toes.

March 7, 2011 at 1:42 pmDo you always use ground flaxseed as opposed to the seed? Does ground flaxseed lose its nutritional value after being opened?
Miz says
March 7, 2011 at 2:34 pmI always buy the ground (just for ease) as using the whole seed isnt suggested since it, uh, tends to pass right through us.
It wont lose its nutritional value but I do read differing opinions on how long it keeps in the fridge. I tend to FLY through my packages but would suggest leaving in fridge longer than 3 wks. Anyone else?
