There is no long-winded introduction needed here, People.
I give you Brandon: our first MizFit MALE Guest Chef (give him some love, Ladies).
Visit him at his blog here (though, as you shall see in the video below, the site does not do him justice.)
oh, and he eats like the MizFit: clean clean with a dollop of *clean* tossed in for good measure.
Please to enjoy.

April 17, 2008 at 7:00 am“That’s what she said”…love it! He’s great. A variation would be to cook the chicken breat covered in salsa in the crockpot and then add to your tortilla…very tender chicken that way. I’m actually having that today which is what I find so crazy that this was posted today. Great. Love your blog as well.

April 17, 2008 at 8:45 amI still cant over the fact that there are guys who care about their health? Why do i know none of these?
All my guy friends can be found under a mountain of pizza and empty 40’s of Colt 45.

April 17, 2008 at 8:48 amFitBuff? Your britches called. they wanted to know if you’re too big for them now.
Kelly? that made me laugh in recognition. in my day it was less the 40’s (spilling some out for my homies) and more the mad dog 20/20 but same thing.

April 17, 2008 at 9:01 amI’m comfortable enough in my masculinity to say that this guy is an absolute stud!
@Kelly T: It may be because they’re in denial. I just posted an article today about an Australian study that found less than 40% of clinically overweight men perceived themselves as needing to lose the gut.
@MizFit: “FitBuff? Your britches called. they wanted to know if youโre too big for them now.” …wait for it…That’s what she said.

April 17, 2008 at 11:55 amI dunno if there are any vegan or vegetarian people out there, but I used to make my friend tacos but instead of meat I would use chopped potatoes. She loved them and its an easy thing to spice up, ever try purple potatoes? Throw in some yams for a twist. You can put all the regular toppings on as well! I have to say, if I’m eating American style tacos I love to add avocado ๐
